How long is a typical home visit?
Most home visits last about 30–45 minutes. Other events can be scheduled for the length that fits your gathering.
Can Santa bring in gifts?
Yes. Families may place gifts outside for Santa to carry in. Please be mindful of quantity and weight so Santa can manage them comfortably.
Where should Santa sit?
Please seat Santa away from fireplaces, space heaters, and other heat sources. The Santa suit is warm, and cooler seating keeps everyone comfortable.
What if my child is sensory-sensitive?
Santa is calm and sensory-aware by nature. Please share any concerns in advance — including sensitivity to bells — so the visit can be adjusted thoughtfully.
Is Santa pet friendly?
Yes. Santa is experienced with pets in the home. Mention pets and any related preferences when you request a visit.
Does Santa sing or read a story?
Santa can lead one or two Christmas songs and enjoys reading “’Twas the Night Before Christmas.” Let Santa know what your family would love most.
How much does a visit cost?
Contact Santa for pricing. Rates are not published online so every visit can be discussed based on your date, location, and needs.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit is required. Payment is preferred at the end of the visit.
What about cancellations or rescheduling?
You may cancel at any time. Rescheduling depends on Santa’s availability.
How far ahead should we book?
Earlier is better, especially in November and December, but Santa is available year-round subject to availability. Reach out and Santa will confirm what works.
Is Mrs. Claus available?
Mrs. Claus may be available on a limited basis depending on scheduling. Mention your interest when you request a visit.
