Preparing for Santa

Home visits are Santa’s primary offering — a quieter kind of Christmas magic designed for lasting memories.

1

Before Santa Arrives

  • Share sensory considerations, pets, and special requests when you book.
  • If you would like Santa to carry gifts in, stage them outside — and mind quantity and weight.
  • Choose a seat for Santa away from fireplaces, heaters, and other heat sources; the suit is warm.
  • Typical visits last about 30–45 minutes.
2

What Happens During the Visit

  • Santa arrives with bells ringing (let Santa know if bells should be quieter).
  • Each child gets an opportunity to speak with Santa.
  • Santa can lead one or two Christmas songs.
  • Santa reads “’Twas the Night Before Christmas.”
  • Plenty of time for family photos and personalized interaction.
3

Photos, Gifts & Special Requests

  • Encourage photos and a relaxed, unhurried family experience.
  • Santa is pet-friendly and experienced with diverse family traditions.
  • Mrs. Claus may be available on a limited basis — ask when you inquire.
  • Payment is preferred at the end of the visit; no deposit is required.

“Let's make lasting memories together.”
